It finds the tenders that fit you, reads the documents so you know quickly what is worth answering, keeps deadlines and tasks in one place, and writes better proposals from the ones you have already won. Price forms, templates and CVs are filled in along the way. Customers measure up to 80% less time on the whole tender process, five times faster product matching, and ten times faster CV matching. Notices from all 31 EU, EEA and EFTA countries (every EU member state, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) are taken from TED and the national portals, then cleaned and refined into one search. Data engineering parses the structured notice formats, including eForms and the source tables. Large language models extract and validate the insights the raw notice leaves messy: requirements, deadlines, award criteria, winners, contract values, and whether a tender fits a company. The search and each tender page are public. Fetch them directly. Writing bids, the pipeline and saved alerts live in the signed-in product. Pass `buyerCountryCodes=all` to search every country. With no country parameter the site default is Norway. The parameter reference, notice types and country codes are in the tender search file linked below. A tender page is `https://app.cobrief.com/procurements/{id}`, where `{id}` is the numeric procurement id, or a slug that ends in that id. Prices below are per month on yearly billing. Monthly billing is 50% higher, which is a 33% saving on yearly. Amounts exclude VAT. Outside Norway the same figures are in EUR, at one tenth of the NOK price. Paid plans include a 14-day trial with no card. If you pick no plan afterwards, you move to Free. - Free: search with no limit, one tender alert by email, up to 3 briefs a month, and a little AI capacity to try the bid manager. - Pro: 1,000 NOK / 100 EUR. 1 user, 1 integration, up to 3 product matches a month, and AI capacity included. On monthly billing: 1,500 NOK / 150 EUR. - Max: 3,000 NOK / 300 EUR. 5 users, up to 10 contributors, up to 3 integrations, 3× Pro's AI capacity, and your own pipeline. Product matching draws on the AI capacity. On monthly billing: 4,500 NOK / 450 EUR. - Ultra: 6,500 NOK / 650 EUR. 15 users, up to 30 contributors, every integration, 5× Pro's AI capacity, custom roles and priority support. On monthly billing: 9,750 NOK / 975 EUR. - Enterprise: from 150,000 NOK / 15,000 EUR per year. Users, workspaces and AI capacity are set in the agreement. Unlimited contributors, a named contact, invoicing with a purchase order, and your own terms. Billed yearly. An extra user is 300 NOK / 30 EUR a month on yearly billing, and 450 NOK / 45 EUR on monthly. An extra workspace is 1,000 NOK / 100 EUR a month on yearly billing, and 1,500 NOK / 150 EUR on monthly. The plan's AI capacity renews every month. It is used when the bid manager drafts bids, answers questions and pulls market insight, and from Max upward when it matches products. Briefs, assessments, search and alerts do not use it. A top-up is a lump sum that lasts 12 months.
