The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualifications Systems for the following,  lots:    Lot 1   Natural Gas Chromatograph supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.     Lot 2   Natural Gas Quality/Properties Analyser supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.     Lot 3   Electronic Flow Computer supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 4   Natural Gas Chromatograph Bottle Rack System supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 5  Natural Gas Sampling Equipment including Sample Probes, Pressure Let-down Regulating Unit, Tube Bundles and Trace Heating. Vendor scope consists of supply, delivery, commissioning, site services, future support and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 6   Remote Telemetry Unit supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 7   Pressure and Temperature Transmitters supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.

26/027 - Professional Services Qualification System for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve

Gas Networks Ireland needs professional advisory and support services to assist in delivering the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER) for a duration of 180 days. The services are divided into seven lots: Commercial advisory for LNG procurement and contract management, Commercial operations and regulation advisory, Marine advisory, Project and programme management advisory, Financial advisory, Insurance advisory, and Specialist advisory. Applicants may apply for qualification in one or more lots. The award criteria will be based on Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), considering both price and quality.

25/059 - Qualification System for Telecoms Infrastructure Design, Build and Maintenance

Gas Networks Ireland needs telecommunication services for a qualification system over 10 years. The services are divided into three lots: Lot 1 for civil engineering services to support fibre network maintenance and new connections, Lot 2 for comprehensive network design and surveying services for fibre infrastructure deployment, and Lot 3 for comprehensive GIS Design and Asset Management System services for fibre infrastructure deployment. Offers will be evaluated based on Price and Quality.

25/027 - Qualification System for the Provision Of Electric Drive Compressor Packages

Gas Networks Ireland needs electric drive compressor packages, including the compressor unit, electric motor, ancillary systems, emergency shutdown system, and integration support. The scope includes the physical compressor, electric motor, variable frequency drive (if used), coupling, local instrumentation and control system, lubrication system, cooling system, start-up and shutdown systems, and safety systems. The award criteria are Price and Quality.
