Ce marché vise à soutenir la coopération économique entre l'UE et l'Algérie, en organisant des dialogues sectoriels, des ateliers, des études ciblées et des événements pour les investissements européens sur le marché algérien.       Le marché «EU-Algeria 4 Business: mise en œuvre d'activités de dialogue économique, de facilitation du commerce et de l'investissement en Algérie » soutiendra des activités de coopération économique entre l'Union européenne et l'Algérie. Il couvrira l'organisation de dialogues sectoriels sur l'investissement, d'ateliers de facilitation du commerce et des investissements, la réalisation d'études ciblées et de diagnostics et la tenue d'événements pour soutenir les investissements européens sur le marché algérien. Le recours à ce marché se justifie par la nécessité de mobiliser une expertise spécialisée pour appuyer le dialogue public-privé, identifier les obstacles et opportunités, améliorer l'environnement des affaires et l'accès aux financements, et favoriser les partenariats économiques et les investissements euro-algériens.
