A MÁV Személyszállítási Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság vasúti járművek BEHR motorhűtő berendezés alkatrészeinek javítására keres szolgáltatót Budapesten, egy 24 hónapos keretszerződés keretében, nettó 987 490,86 EUR maximális összértékben. A beszerzés 23 féle, összesen 289 darab javítandó termékre vonatkozik, a műszaki leírásban meghatározott javítási munkanemek szerint. Az elbírálás kizárólag a nettó ajánlati összérték (EUR) alapján történik. A pályázóknak igazolniuk kell, hogy az előző három lezárt üzleti évben összesen legalább 199 000 000 Ft árbevétellel rendelkeztek, valamint az eljárást megindító felhívás feladásától visszaszámított három évben (36 hónapban) legalább 100 darab motorhűtő berendezés vagy annak alkatrészeinek javítására vonatkozó referenciával rendelkeznek.

A szerződés keretösszege nettó 987.490,86 EUR A beszerzés tárgyát képező javítandó termékek vasúti járművek alkatrészei. A megadott mennyiségek tájékoztató jellegűek.

The tenderer is eligible if their total turnover (excluding VAT) in the previous three closed financial years reaches a total of 199,000,000 HUF, i.e., one hundred ninety-nine million forints. The tenderer only needs to declare the turnover for the financial year(s) from the previous three closed financial years that can prove compliance with the minimum requirement. According to Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) § 19 (3), if the tenderer does not have the above data because they operate in a legal form for which a declaration of turnover is not possible, they may prove their financial and economic eligibility with any other declaration or document deemed appropriate by the contracting authority, instead of the prescribed eligibility requirement and method of proof. The affected tenderer must substantiate during the request for additional information that they operate in a legal form for which the submission of a turnover declaration is not possible and request information on the method of proving eligibility accepted by the contracting authority instead of the eligibility requirement and method of proof prescribed in connection with these points.

The method of proof: During the proof of eligibility, the provisions of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) § 1 (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis. The tenderer must preliminarily declare in their bid, in accordance with § 67 (1) of the Public Procurement Act and Chapter II of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), based on § 19 (1) c) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), their total turnover (excluding VAT) for the previous three closed financial years, depending on when the tenderer was established or started its activity. During the proof of the eligibility requirement, § 65 (6)-(8) and (11) of the Public Procurement Act shall apply accordingly. Based on Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) § 5 (1), the Contracting Authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that they must fill in Part IV of the ESPD form taking into account the following. The Contracting Authority, based on Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) § 2 (5), requests the provision of detailed information in Part IV of the ESPD form, and also draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that the required eligibility requirement(s) must be precisely indicated in the form when filling it out. The information requested in the ESPD for the preliminary proof of the eligibility requirement is contained in point I. 11 of the Procurement Documents for each eligibility requirement.
Beskrivelse
The tenderer is eligible if they have at least 100 repair references for engine cooling equipment repair and/or repair of engine cooling equipment parts, performed in accordance with the contract and specifications, within three years (36 months) counting back from the date of dispatch of the call for tenders. Compliance with the specified minimum eligibility requirement can be proven with multiple references.

The tenderer must preliminarily prove in their bid, by submitting the ESPD, in accordance with Chapter II of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), that they meet the eligibility requirements. The Contracting Authority provides the ESPD in electronic form as part of the Procurement Documents. Due to character limitations, the eligibility requirement has been re-recorded, and further description of the method of proof will continue in the section "Description of Eligibility Requirement".
