    The project provides for the construction oif a new school at Bridgetown College, Wexford, including the demolition of existing buildings and temporary accommodation on the existing school campus, the retention and refurbishment of c. 50 percent of the existing 2007 building (837 sq.m) and 100 percent of the existing 2015 building (c. 653 sq.m). The new building is part two and part three-storey and is c. 8,085 sq.m in area. The Electrical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete electrical services installations associated with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations - Electrical Site Services, Distribution Services, Small Power Services, Lighting + Emergency Lighting Services, BMS/AOV/EOV installations in coordination with specialists, Power services for mechanical plant, Electrical Services for Lift system, Communications Systems, Fire Detection Alarm System, Disabled Refuge System, Lightning Protection System
