Das Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe, Referat 44, benötigt Planungsleistungen für den Ersatzneubau von Brücken über die A 5 in Rastatt, einschließlich einer Fußgängerbehelfsbrücke und des Rückbaus bestehender Brücken. Die Vergabe erfolgt ausschließlich auf Basis des Preises (100%). Für die Qualifikation sind Referenzen über Leistungen im Leistungsbild Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerk sowie Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung in Honorarzone IV, LPH 3 und 6, mit anrechenbaren Herstellungskosten von mindestens 4 Mio. EUR netto als Straßenbrücke über eine Bundesfernstraße in den letzten fünf Jahren erforderlich. Zudem muss der Bieter über mindestens 3 Ingenieure verfügen und einen durchschnittlichen Jahresumsatz von mindestens 700.000 EUR netto in den letzten drei Geschäftsjahren im Tätigkeitsbereich des Auftrags nachweisen. Eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme von 4 Mio. EUR für Personenschäden und 3 Mio. EUR für sonstige Schäden ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
