Atlantic Technological University needs works contractors and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for an energy retrofit project at its Galway City Dublin Road Campus, with a maximum total value of 6,000,000 EUR over 10 months. The project involves retrofitting approximately 4,425m² of the original 1972 building, including building fabric upgrades, roof and window replacement, ventilation improvements, lighting and controls upgrades, and the installation of a medium-temperature air-source heat pump.
