    The European Investment Bank needs banking and financial skills training services for a framework agreement over 3 years, with a maximum total value of 1,820,000 EUR. The services include the design, development, and adaptation of instructor-led courses (in-person and virtual), e-learning, or blended methods, as well as the provision of collective training courses, tools, and materials. These services are divided into five lots: Operations of financial transactions, Banking regulations and supervision, Accounting for banks and funds, Securitisation, and Public Sector credit risk. Tenders will be evaluated based on quality (53.8462%) and financial criteria (23.0769% + 23.0769%).

    About the bid

      The objective of this call for tenders is to sign multiple framework agreements in cascade for the provision of banking and financial, and public sector credit risk training services to EIB Group staff members. This call for tenders aims at acquiring various training services for EIB Group staff through the following: • Design and/or development and adaptation to EIB Group needs of instructor-led courses (in person and virtual), e-learning or a blend of various methods and materials, • Provision of collective training courses, tools and materials. The services to be provided shall be divided into the following 5 lots: Lot 1: Operations of financial transactions Lot 2: Banking regulations and supervision Lot 3: Accounting for banks and funds Lot 4: Securitisation Lot 5: Public Sector credit risk
