Le contrat a une durée de 25 mois.

      La présente consultation a pour objet concerne la construction de deux établissements recevant du public (ERP) mitoyens : un gymnase de type X (salle polyvalente à dominante sportive), d'environ 1 244 m² SDP et une maison de quartier de type L. de 660 m² SDP et de 321 m² d'espaces extérieurs. Bien que physiquement attenants, ces deux structures fonctionneront de manière totalement indépendante en termes d’exploitation. L’opération concerne également la requalification complète du plateau sportif (environ 3 650 m²) ; au nord des deux équipements, ainsi que ses voies périmétriques, qui servent à la livraison des équipements scolaires environnants et à l’accessibilité des véhicules de secours.
