    Public Enterprise for Railway Infrastructure Railways of the Republic of North Macedonia – Skopje (ZRSMI) needs construction services for approximately 22.1 km of new single-track railway between Kriva Palanka and the border area with the Republic of Bulgaria, as part of Corridor VIII, over 84 months. The project includes the construction of Kriva Palanka station, Zidilovo halt/station, 21 tunnels (totaling approximately 8.5 km), 51 bridges/viaducts (totaling approximately 5 km), permanent way, earthworks, drainage, retaining structures, access roads, and associated civil and interface works. The railway will have a maximum design speed of 100 km/h. Participants must be duly constituted, incorporated, or registered in accordance with the laws of their country of establishment and provide evidence of their legal status and registration. They must also submit an undertaking to obtain any project-specific licenses, permits, certificates, or authorizations required by the Republic of North Macedonia if awarded the contract.

The railway will have a maximum design speed of 100 km/h. The Works include Kriva Palanka station, Zidilovo halt/station, 21 tunnels with a total length of approximately 8.5 km, 51 bridges/viaducts with a total length of approximately 5 km, permanent way, earthworks, drainage, retaining structures, access roads and associated civil and interface works. The cross-border tunnel and its functional area are excluded from this Contract.
