Copenhagen - New Metroline, M5 Civil Works South

Metroselskabet I/S needs civil works for the M5 Metroline South package in Copenhagen, Denmark, over a period of 9 years. This design & build contract, under ABT18 terms, involves the construction of approximately 6.5 km of twin bored TBM tunnels, 5 underground stations, 2 underground crossovers, 1 shaft, 5 cross passages, 1 ramp, approximately 2.0 km of viaduct, 1 elevated station, 1 viaduct cross-over, 1 elevated bifurcation, and short embankment sections. The M5 line is a fully automated driverless metro system designed to enhance passenger service and extend connectivity to emerging urban development areas. The contract will be awarded based on Price (50%) and Quality (50%), with Quality sub-criteria including Technical solution and planning (16%), Management and collaboration (16%), Organization and key personnel (10%), and Carbon (8%). To qualify, applicants must have completed one project demonstrating experience with design, construction, and project management of an underground metro project in the EEA and/or the UK, and one project demonstrating experience with design, construction, and project management of an above-ground metro project in the EEA and/or the UK, both within the last 15 years. Additionally, applicants must have an equity of no less than EUR 100,000,000.00 and a total annual turnover of at least EUR 1,700,000,000.00 in each of the last three completed financial years.

CRM & Broadcast

Metroselskabet I/S needs an integrated platform for Customer Relationship Management & Broadcast System for Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) over a 12-year period, with options for three additional 12-month extensions, for a maximum total value of 2 million EUR. The purpose is to establish a stable, long-term foundation for Metroselskabet’s commercial activities and ensure continuity, consistency, and sustained commercial value. The services are to be delivered in Copenhagen. The award criteria are Quality (60%) and Price (40%). To qualify, applicants must have an annual total turnover of at least 2 million DKK in each of the last three available financial years, positive equity in the most recently completed financial year, and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM and Broadcast systems within the OOH and/or DOOH advertising industry or similar, including experience with media sales, inventory and availability management, campaign planning, broadcasting and content distribution, and playback monitoring. Applicants must also demonstrate experience with integrated CRM and Broadcast solutions supporting end-to-end business processes and streamlined user workflows, and making functionality and information accessible through one coherent user interface. This must be documented with a minimum of one and up to five references from contracts performed within the past three years.
