Tipperary County Council needs architect-led integrated multi-disciplinary consultancy services for public realm, landscape, and building upgrade projects in Clonmel, Co. The successful consultant will be required to provide all these disciplines, either directly or through a multi-disciplinary team, and the Architect will act as Lead Consultant. The initial contract will involve further development and delivery of public realm and associated projects in Clonmel, including a significant streetscape and public realm upgrade, and design development for a protected structure. The competition will be conducted using a restricted procedure, with the five highest-scoring applicants invited to Stage 2.
