The Assignments under these Framework Agreements are related to Sectorial Expertise & Financial/Economic Advisory and Procurement Advisory for Public Infrastructure projects. The Assignments can be executed at different stages of a project; at the project application stage, but also throughout the development and procurement stages of the infrastructure project up until the closing of contracts (for execution). More information about the Work relating to the different types of assessments can be found at the Terms of Reference (Appendix 5). Euro 3.200.000 for 2 lots together based on a contract period of 4 years.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH needs services for a pool of experts for the implementation of inclusive Contract Farming (iCF) schemes over 18 months. The project aims to strengthen the horticulture sector in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda by developing inclusive business models through iCF schemes and investor readiness support, and by strengthening market institutions and the enabling environment for the horticulture sector. The services will focus on professionalizing small-scale producers and integrating them into sustainable markets through partnerships with aggregators, exporters, and other off-takers, as well as supporting contracting enterprises to strengthen governance systems, operational efficiencies, and internal controls. Suppliers must demonstrate at least 04 reference projects in enterprise development in the agribusiness sector, including inclusive contract farming and investor readiness, with a minimum commission value of 100,000.00 EUR each, and at least 02 of these references must be from Eastern Africa, all completed within the last 36 months.

Die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft e.V. - Vergabestelle Bau benötigt Ingenieurdienstleistungen für eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Fachplanung HLSK (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Klima) in den Regionen Erlangen, Fürth, Bayreuth (Landkreis und Kreisfreie Stadt), Amberg-Sulzbach, Hof (Landkreis) und Nürnberg. Der maximale Gesamtwert der Vereinbarung beträgt 890.000 EUR. Die Vergabe erfolgt auf Basis von Qualitätskriterien (100%), die sich auf die Herangehensweise an die Aufgabe und zu erwartende Leistung (50%), die Projektabwicklung (20%), die Projektverantwortlichen (25%) und die soziale Interaktion im Team (5%) konzentrieren.
