Qualification System Marine Surveys

The questionnaires give you an overview of the information and documents we need for the first part of the application process. Questions 1. “General Questions” and 2. “Health, Safety & Environment” are mandatory for all applicants. It is not necessary to apply for all lots. With regard to the individual lots, you only need to answer the questionnaires from 3. to 15. that apply to you. Even if you leave questions from 3.-15. unanswered, you can continue through the application process and submit your application. *** TenneT reserves the right to extend this scope of work to cover its in operation assets in Dutch, British, Norwegian and Danish waters in the future for cables which fall in the major responsibility of TenneT. For each requirement of survey services of offshore or nearshore power cables or offshore platform the client will issue an invitation to tender/request for quotation (ITT) based on the general survey conditions which are published with this Qualification System. The technical requirements can vary in its nature, depending on the region, permit requirements, soil conditions, etc. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is to be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the client's information. As a participant you have to pass the prequalification requirements to qualify as a bidder for upcoming ITTs. Please note that there is no schedule and no deadline for the participation in this qualification system. In the event of a requirement for survey services we are going to issue individual invitations to tender (ITT) to prequalified companies only. Please carefully read the Scope of Services and Procedural Guide once you have been added as a participant to the qualification system. Vergabe Schüttgutfläche Hafen Bohmte

Die Hafen Wittlager Land GmbH benötigt Dienstleistungen zur Güterabfertigung und Lagerung in Bohmte, Deutschland. Es soll ein Grundstück von ca. 7.933 m² als Schüttgutumschlagfläche (insbesondere für Recyclingmaterialien und Baustoffe) für 10 Jahre verpachtet werden. Optional kann auch der diskriminierungsfreie Betrieb der öffentlichen Uferladestraße inklusive Fahrzeugwaage angeboten werden. Der Konzessionsvertrag erfordert den diskriminierungsfreien Betrieb der Fläche. Bewerber müssen operative Erfahrungen durch mindestens ein Referenzprojekt für die Errichtung von Suprastruktur und den Betrieb einer vergleichbaren Schüttgutumschlag- und Lagerfläche nachweisen, wobei der Betrieb mindestens drei Jahre gedauert haben muss.

Qualification System for "Consultancy Services"

Background and Objective of the Qualification System for Consultancy Services  Background TenneT TSO GmbH (TTG) is one of the top 5 transmission system operators (TSO) in Europe. TenneT is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the electricity transmission grid, in particular the 220kV and 380kV voltage levels in large parts of Germany. The grid extends from the Danish border to the Alps and, at around 140,000 square kilometres, covers around 40 percent of Germany's surface area. TenneT is accountable for the efficient transmission of electricity over long distances via around 13,500 kilometres of high-voltage lines. This requires continuous investments in maintenance and grid development projects to reduce interference and outage as far as possible and thereby ensure quality and stability. TenneT is hence responsible for several grid development and maintenance projects with national and international reach and notice. For TenneT, security and a stable and high network availability have the highest priority. To achieve this, the organisation must be managed in an efficient and targeted manner. Objective of the qualification system In the frame of extensive transformation processes, which are currently realised in TenneT, and which are planned to be continued, TenneT faces numerous strategic tasks and challenges in the foreseeable mid- and long-term future. For these purposes external consultancy support will be required. In front of this background, TenneT intends to set-up a Qualification system for non- technical “Consultancy Services”. Within this qualification system TenneT aims to proceed tender below and above the actual valid EU-tender threshold for services. Main focus point of the qualification system is the non-technical consulting that is needed for internal management functions that ensures the security of supply and further development of TenneT. In general, the qualification system shall cover all consultancy services for TenneT and its affiliated companies in the field of non-technical consultancy services. This includes all departments and its respective consultancy needs. The focus areas listed below provide examples of the use of consulting service providers but are not exhaustive. They merely provide an overview of the focus areas of consulting demand within TenneT. The specific demand is then tendered and communicated within the pre-qualified suppliers. TenneT aims to award consulting assignments only to pre-qualified partner but reserves the right to award consulting contracts outside the qualification system. Qualification System for the Provision of Jack-Up Barges

This qualification system shall cover the provision of Jack-Up Barges in the German or Dutch North Sea.  The Clients understanding of a Jack-up Barge (JuB) is defined as any non-propelled or self-propelled marine vessel that is fitted with legs and a jacking system that provides the vessel with the capability to elevate the hull above the surface of the sea. Other industry terms used to identify jack-ups are Mobile Offshore Units (MOUs), Self-elevating Platforms (SEPs) and Lift Boats. For each requirement of a Jack-Up Barge the client will issue an invitation to tender/request for quotation (ITT). The Jack up Barge shall support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance campaigns at TenneT's offshore assets. The technical requirements can vary in its nature, depending on the scope of work the Jack-up Barge shall fulfil. In general the Client intends to use such units for crane operations and accommodation of personnel. Beside those main tasks several side tasks may be requested. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is to be concluded to protect the confidentiality of the client's information. Dynamisches Beschaffungssystem_BNB- und Nachhaltigkeitskoordination

Das Land Berlin – Sondervermögen Immobilien des Landes Berlin (SILB), vertreten durch BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, benötigt Dienstleistungen im Bereich BNB- und Nachhaltigkeitskoordination für die über 5.000 Liegenschaften des Landes Berlin, darunter Verwaltungsgebäude, Flüchtlingsunterkünfte, Kulturgebäude, Polizei- und Feuerwehreinrichtungen sowie Schulen und Justizgebäude. Die Dienstleistungen umfassen BNB-Koordination (Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen und erfolgreiche Zertifizierung), Nachhaltigkeitskoordination (nachhaltige Projektbegleitung, Re-Use- und Materialstrategien, Ökobilanzierung und Lebenszyklusbewertung) oder eine Kombination aus beidem. Der geschätzte maximale Gesamtwert der Verträge beträgt 3.520.453,33 EUR. Die Dienstleistungen sollen in Berlin erbracht werden. Für Kategorie I ist ein Studienabschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, TGA/Versorgungstechnik, Umwelt-/Nachhaltigkeitsingenieurwesen oder gleichwertig sowie eine Qualifikation als BNB-Koordinator oder DGNB-Consultant erforderlich. Für Kategorie II ist ein Studienabschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelt-/Nachhaltigkeitsingenieurwesen oder gleichwertig sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Nachhaltigkeitskoordination erforderlich. Für Kategorie I ist mindestens eine Referenz über eine vollständige BNB-Zertifizierungsbegleitung für Sanierung oder Neubau im Hochbau in Deutschland, einschließlich Ökobilanzierungen und Lebenszykluskostenberechnungen, erforderlich, wobei der Abschluss der Leistungsphase 8 innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre erfolgt sein muss. Für Kategorie II sind Referenzen erforderlich, die die Bewertung von Bauprodukten mit Fokus auf Wiederverwendung, Recyclingfähigkeit und Kreislauffähigkeit, die Verwendung von wiedergewonnenen Bauprodukten oder kreislauffähigen Materialien, die Erstellung von Nachhaltigkeitskonzepten und die Dokumentation quantifizierbarer Nachhaltigkeitsergebnisse umfassen.
