    Galway City Council needs building work in connection with housing for the development of lands at Castlegar, Co. Galway, for the provision of mixed-tenure housing, with a maximum total value of 40,000,000 EUR over 24 months. The main access to and from the site will be via the existing N83 Tuam Road and shall be consistent with the N6 GCRR designed strategic road corridor, with no major access allowed onto the Castlegar Road/School Road. The competition has multiple phases, with an Expression of Interest (Stage 1) followed by an invitation to tender for Stage 2 for successful applicants.

No major access will be allowed onto the Castlegar Road /School Road. Applicant who pass stage 1 will be invited to tender for stage 2.
