The University of Galway needs Qualified Person (QP) services for a framework agreement over 4 months, with a maximum total value of 300,000 EUR. The services involve reviewing batch documentation for ATMP Products manufactured at The Centre for Cell Manufacturing Ireland (CCMI) and releasing these products for clinical trial patients in accordance with relevant requirements. The services are to be delivered in the West of Ireland.

The University of Galway needs services for conducting technical and pre-clinical research and development of a novel cardiovascular medical device through a framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 350,000 EUR. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for an R&D Consultant to develop the medical device for pre-clinical study, and Lot 2 for the evaluation of the device in a large animal model, including protocol development, study strategy, and implanting prototype devices in acute animals for proof of concept and assessment.

A maximum of three members will be admitted to each lot.
