Løsningen skal bidrage til at styrke medarbejdernes identitetsfølelse og sammenhæng på tværs af organisationen. Kontrakten har en varighed på 3 år og skal leveres i København.

    About the bid

      Delivery and implementation of a new intranet solution for Metroselskabet I/S. The solution shall replace Metroselskabet's existing intranet and serve approximately 500+ users across the organisation. The intranet shall support daily internal communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, and shall contribute to strengthening employees' sense of identity and cohesion across the organisation.Main features of the procedureThe tender concerns a contract below the EU threshold values but assessed to be of cross-border interest. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Sections 191–192 of the Danish Public Procurement Act and the fundamental principles of transparency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and proportionality derived from the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).       Metroselskabet I/S needs an integrated platform for Customer Relationship Management & Broadcast System for Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) over a 12-year period, with options for three additional 12-month extensions, for a maximum total value of 2 million EUR. The purpose is to establish a stable, long-term foundation for Metroselskabet’s commercial activities and ensure continuity, consistency, and sustained commercial value. The services are to be delivered in Copenhagen. The award criteria are Quality (60%) and Price (40%). To qualify, applicants must have an annual total turnover of at least 2 million DKK in each of the last three available financial years, positive equity in the most recently completed financial year, and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM and Broadcast systems within the OOH and/or DOOH advertising industry or similar, including experience with media sales, inventory and availability management, campaign planning, broadcasting and content distribution, and playback monitoring. Applicants must also demonstrate experience with integrated CRM and Broadcast solutions supporting end-to-end business processes and streamlined user workflows, and making functionality and information accessible through one coherent user interface. This must be documented with a minimum of one and up to five references from contracts performed within the past three years.
