THz measurement system

The University of Oulu in Finland needs a new terahertz spectroscopy and imaging system for its AEC / MIC unit, with a maximum total value of 150,000 euros (excluding VAT). This system, intended for research use, will complement existing infrastructure by providing a non-contact electromagnetic characterization method for the sub-THz/THz frequency range, allowing for the analysis of materials, coatings, printed structures, composites, and ceramics without damaging samples. The measurable quantities include the amplitude and phase of transmitted radiation and the derived absorption coefficient. The contract duration is 6 months. The sole award criterion is the total price.

Microscale thermophoresis device

Oulun yliopisto needs a spectral shift and microscale thermophoresis device for Biocenter Oulu, with a maximum total value of 189,000 EUR (excluding VAT). The device will be used to characterize and quantify nanoparticle interactions, including proteins, in solution without immobilization, and must enable assessment of sample quality and aggregation, differentiating binding events from aggregation. It needs to detect interactions based on changes in the emission spectrum of an excited fluorophore under isothermal conditions and create a microscopic non-isothermal temperature field to determine binding events based on temperature-related intensity changes and fluorescence intensity changes following thermophoresis. The device must have a measurable dynamic range of dissociation constant of at least nM-mM and binding affinity in at least nM-mM range, with low sample consumption (around 10 microlitres) and low nanomole of the labeled target. The contract duration is 36 months. The award criterion is the total price, weighted at 100%.

Näytteenkäsittelyautomaatti (pipetointirobottilaitteisto) LC-MS/MS analyysimenetelmiin

Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy tarvitsee näytteenkäsittelyautomaatin kliinisten näytteiden esikäsittelyyn ennen LC-MS/MS-analyysiä Tampereen laboratorioon. Hankintaan sisältyy laitteiston toimitus, asennus, käyttöönotto, koulutus, tuki- ja huoltopalvelut sekä tarvikkeet ja lisävarusteet. Laitteiston ja tarvikkeiden sopimus tehdään kahdeksi vuodeksi, ja sitä voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana tarvikkeiden ja palvelujen osalta. Huolto- ja palvelusopimus tehdään viideksi vuodeksi, ja sitä voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo on enintään 610 000 euroa. Valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus, eli halvin hinta, joka lasketaan laitekokonaisuuden, tarvikkeiden ja palveluiden yhteenlasketusta hinnasta arvioidulla hankintamäärällä.
