The Contracting Authority, wishes to put in place Framework Agreements with suitably qualified Consultants to act on behalf of the Contracting Authority in carrying out design services associated with building works at Cork and Dublin Airports, as described in the attached RFI documents, and other associated works as required by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority wishes to put in place the following Framework Agreements: Lot 1: Minor Building Design Services (AFC up to €10m). Lot 2: Major Building Design Services (AFC over €10m).

Dublin City Council Single Party Framework Agreement for an Integrated Design Team for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project

The successful applicant must develop a fully integrated and coordinated scheme that balances flood protection, surface water management, active travel, and public realm objectives within a single coherent design solution.
