    Brief

    The Land Development Agency (the “Contracting Authority” (CA) or the “LDA”) is the authority responsible for this procurement. The LDA intends to procure the appointment of a framework of specialist companies to carry out geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations. The site investigations will typically be required for medium to large sites for residential development of low-rise houses/duplexes or medium to high rise apartment blocks. Refer to the Request for Tender ("RFT") for further information.

      DPC intends to establish a multi-party framework for Project Supervisor for the Design Process PSDP Services, to: a. Provide PSDP Services for DPC’s capital programme projects in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Construction Regulations 2013 as amended and b. Support DPC in fulfilling its statutory duties as a client in respect of health and safety coordination during the design process, across a range of civil, structural, marine, building and infrastructure projects throughout the framework term.
