    Munster Technological University (MTU) needs construction services for a part single/part three-storey High Performance Indoor Athletics Training Centre (HPAC) with associated sports laboratories, classrooms, studios, plant, an external roof terrace, and associated landscaping, site, and services works, to be delivered at the Bishopstown Campus in Cork over 31 months, with a maximum total value of 22,000,000 EUR. The new facility, approximately 5250sqm, will be located south of the existing running track and connected to the existing MTU Arena at 1st and 2nd Floor levels.
