    About the bid

This PIN notice is a reminder to Applicants that Pobal have established a Panel for an ongoing requirement for Mentoring and Coaching Services for Pobal clients participating in the ESF+ Achieve Together Coaching and Mentoring Programme, as two (2) Lots. Please note that the requirement for coaching is much lower than anticipated and therefore there is not an ongoing requirement currently for coaching services, however the Panel will remain open should coaching requirements arise and a further PIN notice will be published to that effect. There is a continual need for Mentors, so this notice acts as a reminder the Panel is fully operational and open for new applications for Mentors under Lot 1. The next evaluation for mentors will take place during Quarter 4 2026 for Mentoring applications received prior to the 30th October 2026. Pobal hereby invites new applicants to submit a response under the established Panel (CfT ID 3888154) on www.eTenders.gov.ie or by using the following link: https://www.etenders.gov.ie/epps/dps/prepareViewCfTDPSWS.do?resourceId=3888154. For clarity, this PIN acts as a reminder in relation to Lot 1 Mentoring Services only.

Establishment of a Panel in 2 Lots for Mentoring and Coaching Services for Pobal clients participating in the ESF+ Achieve Together Coaching and Mentoring Programme

Pobal seeks to assist social enterprises and community and voluntary organisations to identify, develop and implement novel and innovative solutions to sustain, scale up, adapt their processes or operational models to improve their services, community activities and/or employment opportunities, or identify new opportunities and services with a particular focus on those who are most disadvantaged within their community. Pobal intends to establish a panel of Mentors and a panel of Coaches to provide social innovation coaching and mentoring plus tailored supports to enable social innovators to overcome barriers to service innovation, quality enhancement and growth by providing individualised mentoring advice, guidance, dedicated coaching, bespoke learning, and peer engagement. Initially, a number of organisations participating on the Community Services Programme (CSP) will be offered bespoke mentoring and coaching services through an assigned coach and a mentor for a 12-month period. The service will facilitate, support, encourage and inspire each organisation to attain their social innovation goals. Sustainability in this context refers to contributing to achieving positive social innovation outcomes and improving the financial sustainability of the services and activities for organisations supported by the Community Services Programme under the Department of Rural and Community Development and Pobal.
