    • Description

      A total of 70 points have been determined for the price element. In this case, the price of the bid will be calculated as the total price excluding value added tax, with the bid with the lowest bid price receiving the most points.

      The bid with the lowest bid price will receive the most points.

      A total of 30 points have been allocated for the quality element, which consists of the following sub-elements: relevant experience of the economic operator in successfully executed contracts for the development and/or implementation of software solutions, experience in successfully executed contracts with a subject matter and functionalities similar to the subject matter of the procurement, and experience in successfully executed contracts with a scope and complexity comparable to the subject matter of the procurement.

      Evaluation Method

      For evaluation purposes, the economic operator shall submit a certificate/certificates of successfully executed contracts issued by the contracting authority/service beneficiary. The certificates must contain data enabling the verification of fulfillment of the criteria for the respective sub-element. A single certificate may be taken into consideration for multiple sub-elements, provided it meets the criteria set out for each of the respective sub-elements. The certificate/certificates proving compliance with the minimum level of technical and professional capacity may also be taken into consideration for the quality scoring, provided they meet the criteria set out for the respective sub-element.

      For each submitted certificate of a successfully executed contract for the development and/or implementation of a software solution, 2 points shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 10 points.

      Evaluation Method

      For each submitted certificate of a successfully executed contract that is similar in its subject matter and functionalities to the subject matter of the procurement, 5 points shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 10 points.

      Experience of the economic operator in successfully executed contracts with a scope and complexity comparable to the subject matter of the procurement.

      Evaluation Method

      For each submitted certificate of a successfully executed contract that is comparable in its scope and complexity to the subject matter of the procurement, 5 points shall be awarded, up to a maximum of 10 points.

      Hrvatska agencija za poljoprivredu i hranu treba usluge analize, projektiranja, razvoja, implementacije, testiranja, puštanja u produkcijski rad, edukacije korisnika te jamstvenog održavanja integriranog informacijskog sustava za agroekološko zoniranje Republike Hrvatske (AEZ sustav) u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji, s maksimalnom ukupnom vrijednošću od 845.000 EUR tijekom 36 mjeseci. Sustav mora biti središnja nacionalna platforma za prikupljanje, upravljanje, analizu, modeliranje, vizualizaciju i distribuciju agroekoloških podataka, omogućujući identificiranje i praćenje agroekoloških zona, procjenu pogodnosti za poljoprivredne kulture, izradu scenarijskih analiza te potporu donošenju odluka.
