The fund invests in businesses in developing countries and will, towards 2030, double its capital under management with a strong emphasis on Africa. • IFDK is headquartered in Copenhagen and currently operates regional offices in Nairobi (Kenya), Delhi (India), Kyiv (Ukraine), as well as several smaller representations worldwide. • As part of the 2030 strategy and capital plan, IFDK is expanding its geographic footprint in Africa by establishing hubs in Eastern, Southern, and Western Africa. • Throughout 2025, an internal project team has worked on establishing new regional offices in Lagos, Nigeria, and Johannesburg, South Africa. Legal entities have been registered in both Nigeria and South Africa, and local teams have been recruited and commenced work. 3. Current Status • Legal entities and necessary business permits have been registered in both countries, and local teams have been recruited. • Each local team consists of 4–5 senior investment professionals representing IFDK’s key investment sectors.
