Perceel 1 omvat de levering, implementatie, beheer en ondersteuning van redundante internetconnectiviteit voor ongeveer twintig grote CM-MC-kantoren, met een primaire fysieke verbinding (minimaal 1000 Mbps download, 500 Mbps upload) en een draadloze back-upverbinding (minimaal 4G/5G), plus een secundaire bedrade en/of draadloze verbinding. Perceel 2 betreft internetconnectiviteit voor ongeveer 35 contactpunten, 190 kleine kantoren en 40 middelgrote kantoren, met een minimale bandbreedte van 150 Mbps download en 50 Mbps upload. Beide percelen vereisen alle benodigde netwerkhardware, inclusief CPE's, configuratie, installatie, activering, monitoring, ondersteuning, rapportage, documentatie, transitie en migratiediensten.

The European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) needs services for the development of an event-linked counterfactual diagnostic evidence layer to support the C3S Operational Attribution Office, using ECMWF forecasts and reanalysis products. This framework agreement has a maximum duration of 18 months, with an expected start in Q1 2027, and a maximum total value of 750,000 EUR. The services will derive event-specific counterfactual diagnostics to provide additional evidence on how the intensity, probability, or other characteristics of observed extreme events may have differed in the absence of human-induced climate change. Award criteria include Technical Solution Proposed (30%), Management and Implementation (20%), Track Record (15%), Quality of Resources Deployed (15%), Price (15%), and Legal and Financial (5%).
