Establishment of Five Panels for the provision of Emergency Accommodation for The DRHE

Dublin City Council needs emergency accommodation services for centres within the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE) for a maximum period of 2 years, with an estimated additional requirement of 2,000 beds per annum for 2024. The maximum total contract value is 1,200,000,000 EUR. The services are divided into five panels for Dublin North, Dublin South, Fingal, South Dublin, and Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown.

Dublin City Council Panel of Providers of Commercial – Accommodation in the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE)

Dublin City Council invites applications for the establishment of 5 panels for the provision of Commercial-Accommodation within the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE). A total of 5 Panels will be established for the following 5 areas: Lot 1 – Dublin North in DCC Area Lot 2 – Dublin South in DCC Area Lot 3 – Fingal CoCo. Area Lot 4 – South Dublin CoCo. Area Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown CoCo. Area The Panels will be established for a maximum period of three (3) years inclusive of any relevant break options to reflect the estimated expenditure under the panel which may vary in duration and extend beyond the life of the Panel. Should the value of the Panels be expanded, and/or the duration of the Panels extended, a PIN notice will be published in both instances on eTenders/OJEU clearly indicating the extension and revised value for any extension to the Panels. The Panels will be continually open for access during this time. Should the Panels cease to operate, all members will be notified via www.etenders.gov.ie. This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the Panels. The Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency needs social and related services for a panel for Housing First Tenancy Supports, Property Sourcing, Intake, and related services for the Housing First Programme in the Dublin Region, with a maximum total value of 99,000,000 EUR. The procurement is being facilitated on behalf of the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive (DRHE) and the contracting authorities are Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Fingal County Council, and South Dublin County Council.

Establishment of a panel for Arts, and Cultural Programming, Event Management, Art Programme Management, and Arts Programme Assessment Services for the Dublin City Arts Office

Panel established under Competitive Procedure with Negotiation on the basis that the service comprises a Title III Service in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU. The panel will be established for six (6) years with the option for additional annual advertising to recruit certain skills if required.
