This is not a prior information notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information and an invitation to a market dialogue. Before the procurement is formulated and announced Savonia University of Applied Sciences wants information on what kind of laboratory equipment (reactors, furnaces, etc.) is available or can be applied to test reactions suitable for thermochemical energy storage. The purpose of this request for information is to clarify the issues and price estimates related to the possible acquisition. The aim of the request for information is to obtain comprehensive information on the procurement in order to enable any tendering procedure to be carried out as appropriately as possible. The contracting entity shall not undertake to carry out the acquisition of the TCES furnace and shall not bind the undertakings involved in it in the submission of a tender in the event of a tendering procedure, nor, on the other hand, failure to reply to a request for information or to participate in a market dialogue shall prevent the submission of a tender in the event of a possible invitation to tender. No compensation shall be paid for responding to a request for information or for participating in a market dialogue. Decisions on the launch of a possible procurement process will be made after the market dialogue.
