The Health Service Executive (HSE) needs an Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (EiPaaS) for a 15-year contract to establish a secure, scalable, governed, and reusable national interoperability capability. This platform will support the HSE’s current integration landscape, provide a foundation for future digital health transformation, and ensure compliance with evolving national and European health data exchange requirements. The procurement includes the EiPaaS product capability, software licensing or subscription, vendor support, and the establishment of the core platform. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

Ces services comprennent la prise en charge des responsabilités et activités opérationnelles de pharmacovigilance pour les médicaments (spécialités pharmaceutiques et préparations hospitalières) exploités par l'Établissement Pharmaceutique de l'AP-HP, ainsi que les responsabilités pour les médicaments dont l'AP-HP est titulaire de l'autorisation de mise sur le marché. European Health Data Space IT systems development, operations and support

The European Commission, DG EMPL - Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, needs services for the development, operations, and support of European Health Data Space IT systems, including the HealthData@EU Central Platform and Infrastructure, Health Data IT Portal, European Database of registered European Health Record systems and wellness applications, and the European Digital Testing Environment. The contract has a maximum total value of 7,000,000 EUR over 4 years. The work involves maintaining and evolving business requirements, architecture models, and technical specifications, systems development and operations, cybersecurity, designing and providing systems support, ensuring proper handover, and sound project management. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (70%) and price (30%).
