Tenderers are requested to complete the required editable appendices related to the lot they are applying for.       AP 06/25 - Civil Balance of Plant and Civil Engineering Works for Renewable Energy Projects Qualification System

      The objective of this Qualification System is to qualify interested parties for the provision of Civil Balance of Plant and Civil Engineering Enabling Works for Renewable Energy Projects. The Qualification System is of indefinite duration. However, it is currently anticipated that the Qualification System will apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its establishment with the option to extend at the Contracting Entity’s discretion (having regard to the nature, scope and extent of services required to be undertaken). For the purposes of submitting initial Applications, Applicants must complete and return all documentation relating to their Application by the stated Application Deadline. Applicants submitting Applications will be informed at the earliest opportunity of the status of their Application. Applicants may apply for inclusion on the Qualification System at any time over the term of this arrangement. The Contracting Entity will review and evaluate Applications received after the establishment of the Qualification System on a six monthly basis.

      EM 06/24 Wind Turbine Supply Qualification System (TSA)

      Contracts awarded under this Qualification System will include but not be limited to the provision of: Suitably qualified candidates interested in this Qualification System will be considered for the Wind Turbine Supply contract and the Wind Turbine Service and Availability Agreement contract (WTSA). The Wind Turbine Supply contract will outline the terms and conditions between the supplier and the buyer for the provision of wind turbines and related equipment. Additionally, the contract may establish financial terms such as payment structures for services rendered, penalties for non-compliance, and incentives for exceeding availability targets.
