    Rijksuniversiteit Groningen needs a scanning transmission electron microscope (S/TEM) for a maximum total value of 740,000 EUR. The S/TEM will be used to boost research capabilities on advanced materials and devices, particularly for establishing structure-property relations at the Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials (ZIAM). The university is seeking a user-friendly, relatively high throughput S/TEM.

    About the bid

      The University of Groningen intends to conclude an agreement regarding the procurement of  a scanning transmission electron microscope (S/TEM) that meets the requirements described in this Tendering Document. To this end, the University Services Department has initiated this European open tendering procedure for the Faculty of Science and Engineering.  To boost its research capabilities on advanced materials and devices, particularly for establishing structure-property relations, the Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials (ZIAM) wants to purchase a user-friendly, relatively high throughput S/TEM.
