      It is proposed to establish a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Geothermal Engineering Consultancy services described under the headings of General Services and Works Related Services (refer to Section 2 of PIM) and using The GEMINI Geothermal Design Project as the basis for this Framework competition which will be the first project requiring the services of a Geothermal Engineering Consultant. The scope of service required for this project is detailed further in the PIM. Subsequent potential appointments will be drawn down in accordance with the Framework Agreement.
