    Health Service Executive (HSE) needs construction work for the refurbishment of the North-East Wing and the adjacent Gym Block / Social Hall at St. Joseph’s Hospital, which are both Protected Structures (RPS 3363). This project represents the first phase of works to stabilize the building and prepare it for future fit-out, creating modern, fit-for-purpose administrative and clinical accommodation for multiple HSE mental health teams. The maximum total contract value is 700,000 EUR.
