Aftale om konsulentbistand til strategisk kommunikation og positionering

Nordisk Ministerråd - Sekretariatet har brug for konsulentbistand til strategisk kommunikation og positionering over en treårig periode til en fast pris på 1.500.000 DKK, fordelt med 500.000 DKK pr. år. Opgaven omfatter enkeltydelser som agendaanalyse, systematikker for videnshåndtering, identifikation og overvågning af relevante emner for offentlig kommunikation i Norden og internationalt, samt udkast til kronikker og debatindlæg målrettet nordiske og europæiske medier. Tjenesterne skal leveres i København.

Service Framework Contract for the provision of “Media and Communication Support Services”

De European Defence Agency in België heeft behoefte aan een raamovereenkomst voor "Media and Communication Support Services" voor een periode van 4 jaar, met een maximale totale waarde van 1.000.000 EUR. De diensten omvatten strategische communicatieondersteuning voor zowel externe als interne communicatie, gericht op het promoten van de rol, activiteiten en waarde van EDA in Europese defensiesamenwerking. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%). EU-turn heeft momenteel een vergelijkbaar contract.

2026/28: Rammeavtale kommunikasjonstjenester

Patentstyret trenger kommunikasjonstjenester for en rammeavtale over 4 år, med en estimert maksimal totalverdi på 6 millioner kroner. Avtalen omfatter strategisk rådgivning, merkevarebygging, PR og reklame, og skal bidra til helhetlig og målrettet kommunikasjon. Tjenestene skal leveres i Oslo. Tildelingskriteriene er timepris (20%), oppdragsforståelse og løsningsforslag (50%), kompetanse og erfaring (20%), samt kompetanseoverføring (10%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer 3 referanseoppdrag som ikke er eldre enn 3 år, samt dokumentasjon av kvalitetssikringssystem, hvor ISO 9001 eller tilsvarende standarder kan benyttes.

Strategic Communication of the European Union in the Republic of Moldova 2027-2030

The European Commission, ENEST - Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood, needs strategic communication services in the Republic of Moldova for 54 months, with a maximum total value of 7,000,000 EUR. The project aims to increase public awareness of democratic reforms in the Republic of Moldova, in line with its EU Accession and EU-Moldova Growth Plan objectives, through public outreach, support for independent media, strategic communications, and building resilience to disinformation, including improving media literacy and FIMI actions. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (80%) and price (20%).

ENEST regional communication programme (2027-2031)

The European Commission, ENEST - Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood, needs advertising campaign services for a regional communication programme over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 12,000,000 EUR. The program aims to communicate the European Union's priorities across partner countries by providing communication campaigns and products, strengthening engagement with key multipliers, improving the visibility of EU support, generating communication intelligence and audience insights, and offering flexible communication services. The services will cover partner countries at different stages of their relationship with the European Union, requiring approaches that reflect their respective political contexts, policy priorities, and communication needs. The award criteria are quality (80%) and price (20%). GOPA Partners in Action for Change and Engagement, VO EUROPE, MMS Communications Belgium, INTERNEWS UKRAINE, and WEGLOBAL DANISMANLIK ANONIM SIRKETI currently have a similar contract.
