      Leverandører kan søke om kvalifisering når som helst. For å søke må leverandørene fylle ut et bestillingsskjema og betale et årlig kvalifikasjonsgebyr på mellom 214-959 EUR på forhånd. Bestillingsskjemaet med kvalifikasjonskrav kan fås her: my.achilles.com/join-community?communitycode=UNC&lang=gb-EN. For å kvalifisere må leverandørene fylle ut et online spørreskjema som dekker detaljert informasjon. Ørsted-enheter oppfordrer leverandørene til å sende inn en ESPD til Achilles via Achilles Utilities NCE, da en ESPD vil være påkrevd i de fleste av Ørsteds anbud. Grunnleggende kommersielle krav må være oppfylt. Noen innkjøpsorganisasjoner kan ha individuelle krav i tillegg til de grunnleggende kravene. Leverandørene kan derfor bli bedt om å svare på kundespesifikke spørsmål knyttet til kvalifikasjonen. Achilles Utilities NCE er åpen for produsenter eller distributører som driver forretninger direkte med kjøperen. Leverandørlistene vil være basert på leverandører som har bestått den innledende kvalifikasjonen.

      Documentation Requirement

      Leverandører må fylle ut et bestillingsskjema og betale et årlig kvalifikasjonsgebyr. Leverandører må fylle ut et online spørreskjema. Leverandører oppfordres til å sende inn en ESPD til Achilles via Achilles Utilities NCE. Leverandører kan bli bedt om å svare på kundespesifikke spørsmål.

The subscribing utilities will use ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE for tenderer selection for contracts and framework agreements subject to EU procurement rules, but reserve the right to publish individual notices for specific requirements where they deem it necessary, even though they relate to the product and service categories covered by ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE. The qualification system may be used for contracts not subject to EU procurement rules at each subscriber's discretion.
