Gas Networks Ireland needs Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) works and services (Lot 1) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services (Lot 2) for the Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER). Lot 1 involves engineering, procurement, and construction of infrastructure assets including the jetty, trestle, topside structures, pipelines, above ground installation (AGI), integration with FSRU, onshore terminal systems, and related utilities. Lot 2 covers operation and maintenance services for these assets. The Lot 2 contractor will be novated to the Lot 1 contractor for the EPC, commissioning, and defects correction periods, followed by an initial three-year O&M period and a further O&M period of up to five years. Applicants can apply for one or both lots.

Iarnród Eireann-Irish Rail needs a qualification system for tree felling and vegetation removal services over 8 years. This system will cover both planned routine works and emergency works, which may include ancillary services. Successful applicants will receive future tender enquiries for these services. Requirements for personnel include a valid Safe Pass, Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification (training provided by IÉ), and manual handling training.

For at blive optaget i SQS skal ansøgeren opfylde minimumskravene i den seneste årsrapport, som beskrevet i "Guide til SQS" (dok. nr. 20/02476-2) afsnit 3.2.1.1, hvor minimumskravene varierer mellem de forskellige kategorier.
