The purchaser requests participants in dynamic purchasing system for Utilities, earthwork, and surface finishing in accordance with the tender documents. The DPS covers projects that include, in whole or in part, work on the following project elements for projects in all utility supply areas of the purchaser, whether it is a project that the purchaser is solely responsible for or in collaboration with other purchasers. 1. Safety measures and work area markings. 2. Extraction of electrical cables in the ground. 3. Installation of pre-insulated heating pipes. 4. Installation of cold water pipes in the ground. 5. Laying of sewer pipes in the ground. 6. Installation of wells and connections to pipes. 7. Surface finishing, loose surfaces, vegetation, roofs or seeding. 8. Surface finish, solid surface, asphalt, concrete or paving. 9. Narrowing and closing of streets and paths. 10. Leakage and pressure tests of pipes. 11. Installation of water and heating supply valves. 12. Testing of utility systems.

Framework Agreement for Fault Response Services, Maintenance and Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment

Veitur ohf. needs services for a multi-supplier framework agreement over 3 years for fault response, maintenance, repair, installation, and associated works related to mechanical and electrical equipment across its utility infrastructure. The agreement covers electricity, water, wastewater, and district heating utility systems in the Capital Region of Iceland. The procurement is divided into two lots: (i) electrical installation services and (ii) metalworking and electrical services associated with mechanical equipment. Veitur ohf. intends to appoint up to two economic operators per lot (maximum four operators in total). Tenders will be evaluated based on price (82.4742%), tenderer capability (13.4021%), and environmental matters (4.1237%). Ístak hf. and Íslenskir aðalverktakar hf currently have a similar contract.

Service and Maintenance of Road Lighting in Reykjanes

Vegagerðin needs services for the maintenance of road lighting in Reykjanes for 3 years. The contract covers general service and maintenance of the road lighting system, including the removal and installation of luminaires, replacement of lighting columns, straightening of columns, and other related works. Bergraf ehf. has a similar contract today.

Landsvirkjun óskar eftir verkfræðiráðgjafarþjónustu vegna endurmats á verkefnahönnun fyrir Holtavirkjun í neðri hluta Þjórsár á Íslandi. Þjónustan felur í sér endurskoðun á úreltri hönnun (drög AACE stig 2), frágang á nauðsynlegum hönnunarbreytingum til að gefa út forhönnun (AACE stig 3), og undirbúning upplýsinga sem þarf til að ljúka umhverfismati (EIA) fyrir verkefnið. Verkefnið er staðsett á Höfuðborgarsvæðinu.
