Radovi obuhvataju rekonstrukciju i modernizaciju deset stanica za putnički i teretni saobraćaj, sa projektovanom brzinom od 200 km/h na deonicama 3.1 i 3.3, kao i rekonstrukciju postojeće i izgradnju nove kontaktne mreže i elektroenergetskih instalacija. Ponude će biti ocenjivane na osnovu ekonomski najpovoljnije ponude, sa odnosom kvaliteta i cene 60:40.
