Brief

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH seeks consultancy services for up to three project development processes over 4 years to prepare and quality-assure Green Climate Fund concept notes and funding proposals, and provide technical support through GCF Secretariat and, where applicable, independent Technical Advisory Panel reviews, up to submission to the GCF Board. GIZ will act as both Accredited Entity and Executing Entity; the assignment is located in Main-Taunus-Kreis. Suppliers must provide at least two references from projects approved by the GCF Board and at least two relevant project references from the last 36 months, each with a net commission value of at least €25,000. Offers are assessed on price and technical quality, and must score more than 500 points in the technical evaluation to be considered.

  • The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites tenders for consultancy services to support the development of high-quality Green Climate Fund (GCF) concept notes (CNs) and funding proposals (FPs). The contractor will support up to three GIZ project development processes (PDPs), in which GIZ acts as both Accredited Entity and Executing Entity. The assignment covers the preparation and quality assurance of CNs and FPs, as well as technical support during GCF Secretariat and, where applicable, independent Technical Advisory Panel (iTAP) reviews, up to submission to the GCF Board.
