Health Service Executive (HSE) needs to establish a Specialist Contractors Panel for Minor Capital Works in Counties Cavan, Monaghan, Louth and Meath, with a maximum total value of 20,000,000 EUR over 4 years. The panel is divided into six Lots: Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Civil Works, Structural Works, Energy Works, and Fire Safety Works.

Historic Mines Services 2026

Historic Mines Services comprising three lots: Lot 1 concerns monitoring (environmental, water, dust, geotechnical and geoheritage) of two historic mine sites; Lot 2 concerns Critical Failure Assessment for two tailings management facilities and Lot 3 concerns a physical risk inventory for approx. 138 historic mine sites in Ireland. The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs technical engineering services for a single supplier framework over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 200,000 EUR. The services involve executing the technical monitoring role on behalf of Ireland for energy projects receiving funding under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), specifically certifying that expenditure incurred is disbursed and conforms to relevant rules. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

Provision of End to End Scheme Design for a National District Heat Grant Scheme

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland needs services for the final design of the Support Scheme for District Heating (SSDH) to full operational readiness over 24 months, with a maximum total value of 330,000 EUR. The project involves developing financial, economic, commercial, technical, legal, and governance processes into a robust, transparent, and proportionate end-to-end scheme framework, ensuring compliance with EU State Aid requirements and delivering an administratively efficient, scalable capital support program for district heating.
