    The University of Galway needs services for the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of YourSpace Portals, associated websites, associated systems, and associated services through a single-party framework agreement over 7 years, with a maximum total value of 350,000 EUR. These systems support central publication and administration services in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, having evolved over 18 years to include additional functionality for new staff and student programs. The services are to be delivered in the West region.

    Om anbudet

      The YourSpace Portal, associated websites and associated systems support the central publication and administration services in the co-curricular and extra-curricular space within the Contracting Authority. These portals, websites and systems were developed in consultation with the Contracting Authority’s Information Solution Services Unit over the last 18 years, initially the systems were developed primarily for Contracting Authority clubs and societies. However, as new staff and student extra-curricular programmes were developed, they required online system support and this resulted in additional functionality being regularly added to the original portal, websites and systems.
