NIBIO, Norsk institutt for bioøkonomi needs a digital system for managing infrastructure as a service over 3 years. The system should support general management of infrastructure, including research infrastructure, by providing capabilities for registration and structuring of infrastructure, an updated overview of availability, capacity, utilization, condition, costs, and investment/maintenance needs. It should also support ordering and operative use, including booking of fields, units, instruments, laboratories, analyses, and other services, and provide a basis for financial follow-up, pricing, and invoicing (including integration with ERP). The system must ensure better data quality, traceability, and uniform management, with reporting and analysis of all data. The services are to be delivered in Oslo.
