    Brief

    STATSBYGG needs service and maintenance for Saia PCD automation equipment and Evolo SD installations at the University of Stavanger in Rogaland for a duration of 4 years. The contract includes functionality tests for BAS, inspection, error recovery software updates, new versions, backup/protection of data, remote service, investment planning, energy service and analysis, technical upgrading, and calibration of temperature providers. The supplier must have the necessary software and licenses, as well as qualified personnel for servicing ASD installations, and all deliveries must comply with current PA 5601 (BAS) and PA 5602 with accompanying annexes. Qualification requirements include providing an overview of personnel with relevant competence and experience, and up to 3 reference assignments from the last 3 years related to periodic operations and maintenance of automation equipment and central processing systems, including contract value, date, brief description, and contracting authority.

      The Energy Central at the University of Stavanger is equipped with automation systems based on Saia PCD, integrated in Evolo SD system. In addition a new ventilation system has been installed in Ellen Aksel Lunds hus, delivered by BSV, which is integrated in an equivalent way. The aim of this procurement is to establish a contract with a suitable supplier who can provide service and maintenance services for the described automation and control system.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenA contract shall be signed for, among other things, the following services: Functionality test for BAS, Inspection, Error Recovery Software Update, New versionerBackup/protection of data, Remote Service, Investment Planning, Energy service and energy analysis, Technical upgrading, Calibration of temperature providers. Tenderers shall have the necessary software and licences as well as qualified personnel to provide servicing on ASD installations. Documentation shall be submitted to the Directorate of Public Construction and Property upon request. All deliveries shall always be in accordance with the current PA 5601 (BAS) and PA 5602 with accompanying annexes. There are further requirements in the attached "05 SSA-K General Contract Text", "03 SSA-V General Contract Text" and "04 SSA-V Annex".
