Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open competition for a contract in the project Fredlybekken stage 5, upper part - preliminary project. The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and economic basis necessary for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, experience from equivalent work is required for the execution of the above mentioned contract work in accordance with the tender documentation. The competition will be carried out via the municipality ́s tender implementation tool Mercell. All communication and tender submission will occur via Mercell. Annex 14 Basis from previous reports contains confidential information that cannot be made publicly known, but is relevant for tenderers to be made aware of in connection with the competition implementation. In order to gain access to the document, tenderers must sign Annex 8 ConfidentialIty Statement and submit it to the contracting authority via the communication module in Mercell. The contracting authority will then enclaim the file.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenFredlybekken sewage field is one of The Municipal Engineering's prioritised areas for separation. Each year, large amounts of sewage go into overflow as a result of a sewage field that is small separated and adds large amounts of foreign water to the system. The work of separating the main routes in the sewage system has been going on for several years. Today all sewage water goes from Fredlybekken sewage system to Fredlybekken pump station. This pump station has approx. 1,700 hours overflow operation per annum. The establishment and commissioning of a new separated main route for Fredlybekken sewage system is expected to reduce the overflow operation to approx. 20 hours per annum. This notice concerns the project Fredlybekken stage 5 , the upper part and comprises the upper part of Fredlybekken, from Klæbuvegen to Utleirvegen and Steindalsvegen. This stage is referred to as stage 5. The procurement includes the preparation of a preliminary project including options. The preliminary project shall form the basis for limitations to the project and further detailed engineering design services. The preliminary project shall define the project ́s outer frameworks and study the possibilities and challenges and form the basis for a framework application in connection with the project ́s building application processing. If relevant with assessment of different solution alternatives (route choices, technical solutions, site methods etc.), the different alternatives shall be described and compared, both technically, economically and environmentally. Tenderers shall make clear recommendations as a basis for the builder ́s final decision on further detailed engineering design services. The procurement includes six options: Option 1: The tenderer shall assist the contracting authority with the process before acquisition of ground and rights. Option 2: 3D illustrations/models for use against the 3rd party. Option 3: Supplement area stability assessments in accordance with the current regulations. Option 4: Engineering design of shortcuts up to Tors veg and Gimlevegen in accordance with the development plan. Option 5: Detailed engineering design including follow-up in the construction period. Option 6: Preparation of function description as a basis for turnkey contract.
