Gas Networks Ireland has entered into a framework agreement with Willis Towers Watson_33828 and Mercer (Ireland) Limited for the provision of pensions advisory services, including general and specialist advice to Gas Networks Ireland and the Trustees of occupational pension schemes, as well as accounting services. The services will also involve liaising with pensions in mergers and acquisitions, semi-state bodies, government departments, regulatory bodies, trade union bodies, and other stakeholders. The contract has a duration of 4 years and an estimated total maximum value of 6,359,312.34 EUR.

  • The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish single supplier Framework agreements for the provision of general and specialist advice to Gas Networks Ireland, and the Trustees (Trustee Boards) of the occupational pension schemes in place (as outlined in Appendix 3), including accounting services The scope will also include liaising with – • Pensions in an Mergers and Acquisitions situation • Semi State bodies, Government departments and other Regulatory Bodies • Trade Union bodies and other stakeholders The PQQ Response must be submitted through the eTenders system before the deadline No submissions will be possible after the deadline. All submissions are electronic, as such NO paper copies will be accepted or read.     The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for provision of Economic, Regulatory and Financial Affairs – see Appendix 1 for more details regarding the requirement. Admission to the Qualification System is subject to Applicants meeting the minimum requirements. The details of how the Qualification System will operate are set out in Appendix 2 (Operation of the Qualification System). Applicants should note that from time to time over the term of the Qualification System, the Contracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without altering the overall nature of the Qualification System, may modify the Qualification System to reflect changes in its requirements. In addition, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to add additional lots to the Qualification System. The conditions under which such an option may be exercised by the Contracting Entity will be outlined in the relevant call off competition document.
