The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualifications Systems for the following,  lots:    Lot 1   Natural Gas Chromatograph supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.     Lot 2   Natural Gas Quality/Properties Analyser supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.     Lot 3   Electronic Flow Computer supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 4   Natural Gas Chromatograph Bottle Rack System supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 5  Natural Gas Sampling Equipment including Sample Probes, Pressure Let-down Regulating Unit, Tube Bundles and Trace Heating. Vendor scope consists of supply, delivery, commissioning, site services, future support and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 6   Remote Telemetry Unit supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.    Lot 7   Pressure and Temperature Transmitters supply, FAT, SAT, delivery, commissioning, site services/ future support, training and all ancillary services associated with these materials/assets.

23/028 Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Services to GNI

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualifications Systems for Quantity Surveying services (QS services). The following summarises the nature, scale and complexity of the scope of work envisaged under this QSQ and the Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Services required to deliver this scope of work. 25/064 - Qualification System for for the provision of Polyethylene (PE) Pipe, Fittings and Valves

Gas Networks Ireland needs polyethylene (PE) pipe, fittings, and valves for gas, to be delivered to various stipulated depot destinations on the island of Ireland, for a duration of 10 years. The supply requirements are divided into four lots: Lot 1 (PE Pipe 90mm - 400mm), Lot 2 (PE Pipe 20mm - 63mm), Lot 3 (PE Fittings), and Lot 4 (PE ball valves). The products must comply with I.S. EN 1555 or equivalent, with indicative diameter ranges from 20mm to 400mm, and specific pressure ranges and colors for different PE materials. The buyer may modify the qualification system to reflect changes in requirements, including pipe diameter, pressure rating, and the provision of associated services or additional supplies. A full site visit and audit of the prospective qualified applicant's supply chain manufacturing facility(s) may be carried out to validate and support their pre-qualification submission.

25/022 Qualification System for Economic, Regulatory and Financial Affairs Services

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for provision of Economic, Regulatory and Financial Affairs – see Appendix 1 for more details regarding the requirement. Admission to the Qualification System is subject to Applicants meeting the minimum requirements. The details of how the Qualification System will operate are set out in Appendix 2 (Operation of the Qualification System). Applicants should note that from time to time over the term of the Qualification System, the Contracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without altering the overall nature of the Qualification System, may modify the Qualification System to reflect changes in its requirements. In addition, the Contracting Entity reserves the right to add additional lots to the Qualification System. The conditions under which such an option may be exercised by the Contracting Entity will be outlined in the relevant call off competition document.
