Ce système est destiné à remplacer l'infrastructure actuelle en fin de vie, garantissant un accès continu à des ressources de calcul puissantes, flexibles et écoénergétiques pour soutenir la recherche, l'éducation et l'innovation de l'Université, compléter le système national MeluXina de niveau 1 et permettre l'expérimentation de technologies émergentes. La livraison aura lieu au Luxembourg. Le contrat a été attribué sur la base de critères techniques (75%) et financiers (25%). Deux offres ont été reçues pour ce contrat.

    About the bid

      The University wishes to acquire a new Tier-2 High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster to replace the current infrastructure reaching end of its operational life, ensuring continuous access to powerful, flexible and energy efficient computational resources. The new system shall support the University’s research, educational and innovation missions across multiple disciplines, complement the national Tier-1 MeluXina system and allow for experimentation with emerging technologies.
