    An Post has entered into an agreement with Circle K Ireland Energy Limited for the supply of forecourt purchase (fuel) cards and associated services in the Republic of Ireland. The services include providing fuel cards for the purchase of various products and services at service stations, such as diesel, HVO, electrical charging, vehicle washing, lubricants, AdBlue, and screen wash. The contract also requires the management and coordination of the purchase card services, access to an online management information system, and card use restrictions/controls including spending limits, PIN security, mileage tracking, and anti-fraud measures. The successful tenderer must maintain a network of available service stations throughout the contract term. Five bids were received for this contract.

    About the bid

      The Successful Tenderer will be required to provide AN POST with purchase (fuel) cards which permits the purchase of products and services on service station forecourts throughout the Republic of Ireland. The Services should be available 7 days a week, 365 days a year and ideally would like 24-hour coverage but accept this is not always possible in remote locations. The purchase (fuel) card should enable AN POST to purchase the following products/services but is not limited to • Automotive Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel • Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) Class II • Other fuel alternatives that may be required during the term of a Contract • Electrical Charging • Vehicle Washing Facilities • Lubricants • AdBlue • Screen Wash The above list may change depending on operational requirements. The Services associate with the supply of the cards must include the management and co-ordination of the purchase card services and provide access to an online management information system where data on purchases can be accessed and/or reports can be created. The Successful Tenderer must be able to provide a solution that enables card use restrictions / controls that enables the purchase of certain products/services and if required, set spending limits, enable PIN security, enable mileage tracking, anti-fraud measures. The Successful Tenderer is responsible to ensure that a network of available service stations is maintained throughout the term of this contract “Coverage”. The Services must be provided in accordance with good industry practice and comply with all relevant and applicable laws and licensing requirements. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate to AN POST’s complete satisfaction that they have the capacity and capability to provide all of the services required. The requirements contained in this notice are based on AN POST’S current requirements which are indicative only, are not exhaustive and are subject to change in line with the business needs and ongoing operational requirements of AN POST.       Provision of Fuel Oil Supplies at Dublin Port Ireland

      Dublin Port Company (DPC) The Contracting Entity proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of single party framework agreement to provide Fuel Oil Supplies to the Dublin Port Estate. The scope includes the supply and delivery of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and Kerosene to support DPC’s marine operations, building heating and standby power requirements. Fuel deliveries will serve DPC’s vessels, including pilot boats, tugs and workboats, together with terminal buildings, operational premises, back-up generators and associated fuel storage facilities across the estate. The successful tenderer will be required to ensure reliable and safe deliveries to DPC’s nominated delivery points, in quantities and at frequencies in line with operational activity. The scope will include fuel quality assurance, appropriate delivery documentation, and coordination with DPC personnel to support continuity of port operations.
