The services involve preparing documentation and data to support the abstraction licensing process with the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) for waterways under Waterways Ireland's statutory remit, specifically for fourteen existing abstractions greater than 2,000 m3/day and two proposed new abstraction sources on the Grand Canal. The consultant will review and assess abstraction sites, focusing on data gathering, modelling, and potential environmental impact to ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Water Framework Directive and support strategic water management objectives. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

Procedura aperta finalizzata alla conclusione di un accordo quadro per l'affidamento degli interventi emergenziali di manutenzione per la mitigazione delle criticità esistenti nel Collettore "Vecchio Allacciante" per il passaggio dei reflui e di ripristino parziale della capacità di ricezione dell'impianto di depurazione di Pantano d'Arci – Comune di Catania – Delibera Cipess n. 40/2024.

Il Commissario Straordinario Unico per la depurazione ed il riuso delle acque reflue necessita di servizi per interventi emergenziali di manutenzione volti a mitigare le criticità esistenti nel Collettore "Vecchio Allacciante" e a ripristinare parzialmente la capacità di ricezione dell'impianto di depurazione di Pantano d'Arci, nel Comune di Catania. L'accordo quadro avrà una durata di 24 mesi e un valore massimo totale stimato di 24.680.071,41 EUR. L'aggiudicazione avverrà in base al criterio dell'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa.
