Tildelingskriteriene er kostnad (40%), kvalitet (30%) og klima- og miljøhensyn (30%). Kvalifikasjonskrav inkluderer referanser på relevant erfaring fra oppdrag eller leveranser av automatisert væskehåndtering fra de siste 3–5 årene.
