Nature and Purpose of This Notice This is a prior information notice in accordance with Section 57 of the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). This notice is not a contract notice or a request for information (RFI), but a preliminary announcement intended to inform the market and enable the reduction of time limits for the upcoming procurement procedure.
